OLD BUSINESS
· Copper stolen – may have interfered with A/C lines
· City does not want to pickup dumpster yet because of wet ground – will wait until it dries out
· Will extend listing agreement
· Should turn off heat and place runners on carpet for protection

· City has offered to acquire and sell to WCNA for next CHDO project

· Downstairs will be commercial
· Upstairs will be condos/living quarters
· Small extended area will be Greek restaurant
