GUESTS

· Henry Hall and Anne Mannix

o 2009 money is gone – need to decide how much or how little West Central will be involved in the partnership

o The less work required, the lower the fee, the more work expended, the higher the fee

o Steering committee start date was discussed – goal - 18 homes constructed and 15 rehabs

o Pre-development money will pass through WCNA

o Will need separate account

OLD BUSINESS

· 1134 Nelson

o Another offer received but he/she makes too much money

o Discussion about security system for house since it has sat empty for some time

· Newsletter

o coming up –B. Codding to provide info on tour help

o If anyone has pictures of the Three Rivers parade, send to David

· Tour Report and Expenses

o $1750 for brochure

o Motion by M. Walsh to approve expenditures as inline with previous expenses – M. Anderson seconds – motion passes

o Block party permit – letter needs to be signed by Mike A.

· Liability Insurance

o Errors and Omissions – general liability $1,000,000 – homeowners on Nelson

· Street Signs

o Still in the planning phase
