· JS – Feels that the mortgage company has written it off and holds no interest
· JD – How do we approach the City Code department
· JS – Ask for 120 days to work something out
· MA – Motion to look into acquiring 816 Lavina

FOELLINGER GRANT
JD – did not get the grant
· IACED may cover the expenses
· Jill has obtained a copier and we can have it cover that and accounting expenses
· WCNA should go ahead and have Pat O set up the new accounting and audit of books
MA - Wants us to spend money as required to take advantage of IACED grant
Everyone should bring a list of needed items to next meeting so we can get what we need
· Charrette being organized

· OTD hearing in August
· Jill is working on the issues
EXPAND NATIONAL HISTORIC DISTRICT

JS – Several properties coming up – can we
expand the national and local historic districts

MA – What does it take to do this?

to make a conservation district on
