The WCNA offers this listing service to owners and listing agents of properties within the boundaries of the West Central neighborhood boundary map.

The list is updated every Wednesday. To be included on the list, your listing must be e-mailed to WCNA@westcentralneighborhood.org by Wednesday at 1 pm. The updated list is available on the website after 8 pm every Wednesday.

The following rates apply:

* Until further notice, this listing service is free.

Policy:

1. Each apartment and/or house listing needs an address and a contact phone number. Generic landlord or realtor listing will not be accepted. Up to two pictures will be accepted. No logos.
2. Listings run for two months or until the apartment is rented or the house is sold, whichever comes first. Please e-mail WCNA@westcentralneighborhood.org or call the WCNA at 385-WEST when the apartment is rented or the house is sold so we may remove it from the list. Messages may be left on the WCNA voice mail system.
3. Listings are for apartments and houses in the West Central neighborhood only.
4. There is a limit of 50 words per listing.
