OLD BUSINESS

Expansion of Local Historic District
o List of property owners received from the City – list has been sorted to ascertain numbers and who owns which properties

Yard has been mowed and the house has been shown

Potential purchasers still do not qualify due to income levels
o
Discussion as to lowering price to $69,900. Motion made by J. Simerman,
second by C. Husar.
